At Tishya Foods, we prioritize your satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to help.
RETURN POLICY

Steps to Resolve Issues:
- Contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email us at support@tishyafoods.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the product, packaging, and invoice with your message.
We will review your case on priority and aim to provide a resolution within 2 business days. This may include a full or partial refund or a replacement product.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity or violations of our terms and conditions. Any orders from such customers in the future will be cancelled
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 2 Business days of the confirmation of the returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
